Emma Lancaster

Emma Lancaster is a Senior Analyst at Colmore since March 2023, previously serving as an Insights Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an English Second Language Instructor at Fundación Vedruna Educación, where lesson plans were created and executed for students aged 6-15. Emma has extensive experience in retail, having held various positions at francesca’s® from 2019 to 2022, including Sales Lead and Seasonal Sales Associate, where contributions included increasing conversion rates and training new staff. Earlier experience includes a Sales Floor Associate role at Party City. Emma holds a degree in International Economics and Spanish Language and Literature from Texas Tech University and a high school diploma from Tomball Memorial High School.
