Shah Alum

Shah Alum is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Colmore since September 2020, Shah established a QA structure, creating test artifacts and procedures to implement effective testing functions. Previously, as Test Lead at Phoenix Group, Shah managed testing for upgrades to Finance and Actuarial Systems, ensuring adherence to testing governance. Shah's earlier roles include Senior Test Analyst at Platform Securities, where responsibilities encompassed functional requirement analysis, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Shah's background also includes client services and administration roles at TD and other financial institutions, complemented by educational qualifications in Graphic Design from Coventry University.
