Kirstin Vercarre's work experience includes co-founding Coloc Housing in 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Buyer at Venator Materials Plc from 2017 to 2018. Kirstin also held a role as a Human Resources Trainee at Crowne Plaza Brussels - Le Palace from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Kirstin worked as a French and German Language Quality Assurance Tester at Keywords Studios in 2013, and as a Sales Assistant at The Children's Society charity shop from 2012 to 2013.

Kirstin Vercarre began their education in 2010 at Lycée La Fontaine de Niamey in Niger. Kirstin obtained their French Baccalaureate in Social and Economic Sciences in 2011. Kirstin then went on to study at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2011 to 2012, completing a Foundation Year in Business Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Kirstin continued their studies at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Politics and International Relations. Kirstin further pursued their education at the University of Surrey from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business Management.
