Maren Schweer

Maren Schweer is an experienced Agile Coach at Cologne Intelligence since March 2019, with a strong background in people operations and human resources. Previously, Maren served as a member of the supervisory board at CI One eG from October 2020 to November 2023. As Head of People Operations at eyeo from May 2014 to February 2019, Maren led a team focused on personnel support, development, and organizational improvement. Prior roles include People Operations Manager and HR Coordinator at eyeo and Sedo GmbH, respectively, where Maren was responsible for international recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding. Maren's career began as Manager of Consultant Relations at Hays. Maren holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Business Studies from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
