Joselyn Baca

Joselyn Baca, MBA, is a talented professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Colombo & Hurd since June 2023, Joselyn previously held the role of HR Coordinator and Inventory Manager at SUPERGLASS WINDSHIELD REPAIR from May 2021 to June 2023, where effective stakeholder communication was a priority. Experience also includes onboarding new hires in bilingual training sessions at Walt Disney World from February 2019 to May 2021. Additional roles include serving as a Concierge Specialist at Florida Blue, Administrative Assistant for the Finance Manager at Caro & Asociados, and customer service functions at Mitsui Automotriz. Joselyn holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Denver and an MBA in Human Resources Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and additional certification in Informatics. Currently enrolled in a program at the Academy to Innovate HR, Joselyn continues to enhance expertise in the field.
