Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body and environmental care. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and University Professor in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
