Brandon Banks

Brandon Banks is an accomplished professional in both sports and payroll consulting, currently serving as the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Oswego City School District since November 2023 and a SaaS Payroll Consultant at CompassOne HCM since December 2019. Previously, Brandon held various coaching roles, including Head JV Girls Basketball Coach at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester and Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Greece Central School District, where significant contributions were made to program development and athlete engagement. In addition, Brandon served as a CSEA Insurance Representative at Pearl Insurance, collaborating closely with leadership to deliver benefit solutions. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a Pre-Law emphasis from St. John Fisher University.
