Michelle Boucher

Michelle Boucher began her career with Unum in 1990. As senior vice president of Benefits, Boucher is responsible for overseeing the absence management and customer experience centers.

While at Unum, Boucher has filled a variety of roles. Her experience includes: Talent acquisition and development, client management, planning and project management, shared service functions such as recruiting and training, quality assurance, communication, compensation and project delivery, and underwriting business systems.

Boucher is a member of the Community Review Team for the United Way of York County in Maine. She is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and holds a degree in business and psychology.
