Kevin Finley

Kevin Finley, PMP, brings extensive experience in project management and operations within the petroleum industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Movement at Colonial Pipeline Company since August 1999. A proficient leader, Kevin has managed multiple high-budget projects, including the Arc Flash Mitigation Program and various pipeline construction initiatives, consistently achieving notable returns on investment. Prior roles include managing the implementation of sophisticated project management systems and coordinating automation efforts at Control Centers. Kevin's career also includes significant contributions during service in the US Navy, where leadership and technical skills were honed. Educationally, Kevin holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Penn State World Campus and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, among other qualifications in technology and criminal justice.
