Paul Barnes

Paul Barnes, CPP, is an accomplished Payroll Manager with extensive experience in transforming payroll processes across various industries. Currently serving at Colonial Pipeline Company since January 2018, Paul has led the payroll operations for over 1,100 employees, significantly enhancing accuracy and compliance, especially following a major cyberattack. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Jamestown, where global payroll processes were standardized across multiple countries, at UCB, overseeing multi-state payroll for a large biopharmaceutical firm, and at the City of Alpharetta, implementing efficient payroll solutions for municipal operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University.
