Rashid Jones

Rashid Jones, MBA, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Donor Society Engagement at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Principal at Y2 Enterprises L.L.C. / R. Jones Consulting, where they focused on senior leadership development in customer experience (CX) and customer success. Rashid also provided guidance in performance management, matrix, and metric creation, as well as evaluating current processes and assisting with change management.

Before joining Y2 Enterprises, Jones held the position of Business Consultant at Sprint Nextel from January 2012 to August 2015. Rashid also worked as a National Field Trainer at MarketStar from January 2009 to January 2012 and as a District Manager at RadioShack from November 2006 to January 2009.

Jones began their career as a Sales Consultant at Hall Automotive Group in 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Management Coordinator at Tidewater Tech Online from December 2004 to October 2005 and as a Manager at Cablevision from May 2003 to May 2004. Rashid started their professional journey as a Customer Service Supervisor at AT&T Wireless and held that position from 1999 to 2003.

Rashid Jones, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business in the years 2020-2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Montclair State University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Rashid completed their secondary education at Bloomfield High from 1991 to 1995.
