Kent Mayer

Kent Mayer is an experienced professional with a background in operations management and security oversight. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Facility Security Officer at Trade Team LLC since April 2010, Kent supervises the daily operations involving 50 to over 300 employees and coordinates various departments within the organization. Additionally, Kent has managed the overall security program for a non-possessing government contractor at Colonna's Shipyard since January 2009, demonstrating expertise in National Industrial Security Program procedures. Earlier roles include recruiter and coordinator at Trade Team LLC and shipfitter, as well as serving in the United States Navy as an aviation mechanic. Kent holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tidewater Community College and graduated from Mayville High School in Wisconsin.
