Dale Pierce

Dale Pierce has extensive experience in management and training roles across various organizations. As General Manager at Colony Tire Corporation since 2018, Dale has also held positions in sales and service management. At Skychef, Dale serves as Operations Supervisor, while at Wakefield-Vette, Dale works as a Manufacturing Specialist. In the United States Army, Dale has been an Instructor/Writer since May 2003, responsible for training over 165 Soldiers every 16 weeks, updating technical manuals, and briefing Pentagon officials on Army Modernization. Additionally, as a Scout, Dale managed the training and readiness of personnel, coordinated projects, and oversaw the maintenance of vehicles and equipment valued over $15 million.
