Stefan Shover

Stefan Shover is a Strategy Associate at Alberici Constructors since June 2022, where responsibilities include supporting executive leadership in strategic planning and leading Value Stream Mapping workshops, as well as utilizing Python and Excel for data analysis dashboards. Previously, Stefan served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, aiding students in ANOVA statistics. Experience also includes a research internship analyzing North Korea's nuclear capabilities, a work immersion in Argentina for Spanish language development, and an English language teaching role in Russia. Additional roles involved defense policy research at the Niskanen Center, a congressional internship, and a financial planning internship at The Fitzpatrick Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Economics from St. Olaf College.
