Jessica Weng

Jessica Weng is an experienced professional in process development, currently serving as Manager of Process Development and Transfer at Color since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held multiple positions at Illumina from March 2015 to April 2022, including Senior Process Development Scientist and Process Development and Validation Scientist II. Jessica’s career began at Elim Biopharmaceuticals, where roles included Assistant Group Leader and Laboratory Assistant from February 2012 to February 2015. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
