Brittany Melton-Hill

Brittany Melton-Hill is an experienced outreach professional currently serving as the Outreach Program Manager at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since August 2020, after previously holding the position of Outreach Associate. Prior to this role, Brittany managed outreach programs at Community Teamwork and Bridge Over Troubled Waters, where responsibilities included launching programs, providing direct care services, and training outreach teams to support at-risk youth. Brittany has a solid background in engaging youth in crisis, advocating for their needs, and connecting them with essential services. Earlier experience includes roles at Hastings Entertainment and Re:Center Ministries, alongside a foundational career in hospitality at Outback Steakhouse. Educational pursuits include studies at Eastern Kentucky University and Centre College.
