Chef Mark Kalix

Chef Mark Kalix is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience as a Celebrity Chef at Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom, where private cooking demonstrations are offered. Serving as a Chef Instructor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder since September 2016, Chef Mark is dedicated to training future chefs in essential skills. As the Resident Chef at Sur La Table, Chef Mark directs cooking classes and trains instructors to ensure excellence in culinary education. At Colorado Golf Club, Chef Mark oversees large banquets and special events, including the Solheim Cup, while previously working as the Director of Food and Beverage at Wystones World Teas, where Chef Mark effectively managed kitchen operations and became a prominent public figure for the establishment. Chef Mark holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts.
