Chef Mark Kalix is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience as a Celebrity Chef at Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom, where private cooking demonstrations are offered. Serving as a Chef Instructor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder since September 2016, Chef Mark is dedicated to training future chefs in essential skills. As the Resident Chef at Sur La Table, Chef Mark directs cooking classes and trains instructors to ensure excellence in culinary education.
