Brian Franca

Brian Franca, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Human Resources Director at Solid Power, Inc., with prior roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. In addition, Brian operates as CHSAA Spirit Rules Interpreter for the Colorado High School Activities Association. Previous experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Rebel Oaks LLC and several positions at Varsity Spirit and Cheer Athletics Denver & Peak Athletics Plus, including Head Instructor and Director of Human Resources & Business Development. Brian's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Secondary Education from Colorado State University. Notably, Brian has an extensive history in education, having created and taught a comprehensive business program at Jeffco Public Schools and served as the Business Department Chair and Head Cheerleading Coach at Ralston Valley High School, where an award-winning cheerleading program was developed under Brian's leadership.
