Megan Herrera

Megan Herrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public relations and program administration. Currently serving as the Tax Credit Program Administrator at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority since September 2014, Megan oversees critical federal and state Housing Tax Credit programs essential for affordable rental housing development and preservation. Prior to this role, Megan worked as the Communications Director at the Better Business Bureau of Denver/Boulder from June 2004 to September 2014, where responsibilities included leading public relations efforts, managing community relations, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a Public Relations Concentration and a Marketing Minor from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
