Kelsey Berkley

Kelsey Berkley is an experienced attorney specializing in domestic relations and criminal matters, currently employed at Colorado Legal Group since September 2021. Prior legal experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Broxterman Alicks McFarlane PC and Deputy Public Defender at Colorado State Public Defender, where Kelsey litigated over 50 jury trials involving a range of criminal charges. Early in the legal career, Kelsey worked with the Missouri State Public Defender, participated in various internships, including positions with the Western District of Missouri Federal Public Defender Mitigation Clinic and the Midwest Innocence Project. Kelsey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Criminal Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
