Tinker Duclo

Tinker Duclo is the VP & CMC Rifle Campus Dean at Colorado Mountain College. Tinker has been in education for over 20 years. They started their career in January 2005 as a high school teacher before becoming an advisor, Gifted and Talented Liaison, and Speech and Debate Coach. In December 2013, Tinker made the switch to Colorado Mountain College where they have served as the VP & CMC Rifle Campus Dean for the past 6 years. Tinker is passionate about education and helping others reach their full potential.

Tinker Duclo has a Master of Humanities from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder. Tinker has also attended Colorado State University and the Semester at Sea program at the University of Pittsburgh.
