Joe Miller

Joe Miller brings a wealth of experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Owner of Chi Chi’s y Cosas since July 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Colorado Premium from April 2014, including Operation Manager Trainee, Inventory and Schedule Supervisor, and Research and Development Manager. From January 2005 to April 2014, Joe was the Assistant Manager at Valley Packing & Catering. Additionally, Joe gained hands-on experience as a Meat Processor at the CSU Meat Lab between November 2007 and September 2009. Joe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Colorado State University, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2010, following education at Horizon High School from 2003 to 2006.
