John Serpa

John Serpa serves as the Vice President of People at TPM, Inc. and ColorLab, as well as Vice President of People at TrebleHook, all while holding the title of Kentucky Colonel from The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. With a robust background in human resources and leadership spanning over two decades in the United States Marine Corps, John has excelled in various roles including Director of Human Resources and Senior Advisor, overseeing personnel management, compliance, and operational support. Additional experiences encompass regional leadership for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and contributing to personal finance education for service members. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University and has pursued advanced military education at institutions such as the National Defense University and U.S. Naval War College.
