Darwin Garcia

Darwin Garcia is an experienced project manager and consultant with a strong background in services aimed at supporting men of color. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Color Of Change since April 2021, Darwin has previously held positions as Senior Consultant for Men of Color Victim Services at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and Project Coordinator at Safe Horizon, focusing on initiatives for young men and boys of color. Additional experience includes roles at the Center for Court Innovation, where responsibilities included interim management and client engagement within the Men's Empowerment Program. Darwin's career began with a position as Program Associate for the UPNEXT Fatherhood and Workforce Development Initiative. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Darwin also participated in a Winter Abroad program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, studying Chinese Culture and Communications.
