Jose Morales has extensive experience in the automotive and healthcare industries, holding various positions that highlight strong leadership and customer service skills. Starting as a Customer Service Lead at Anthem Blue Cross of California in 1994, Jose quickly advanced to Sales Support and later to Auditor. Jose served as Manager of Call Center Customer Service, overseeing a team of 28 to enhance client inquiries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
