Jim Wright

Jim Wright, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the color technology and plastics compounding industries. Currently serving as the Color Technology Manager at Colortech Inc. since October 2019, Jim leads initiatives to enhance market position and product development, while also managing quality standards. Prior experience includes roles such as Business Development and Technical Service Manager at Techmer PM, where Jim was pivotal in improving market presence and supporting cross-functional teams, and Vice President of Operations at Premier Color Group, LLC, managing capital equipment purchases and plant design. Jim's foundational career began at Thermocolor Corporation as a Sales Representative and progressed through various technical and managerial roles, including overseeing expansions in international markets for Standridge Color Corp. Jim holds an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Dalton State College, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Color Matching from Terra State Community College.
