Manuel Prueter has a long and varied work experience in the gaming industry. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Colossi Games, a self-publishing mobile games developer based in Limassol, Cyprus. In 2019, they founded Boyarin, a boutique mobile games agency for organic marketing, and also began working as an independent consultant for Mobile Games Consulting. In 2018, they became the Executive Producer at Helio Games, bringing Westland Survival to mobile devices. In 2016, they became the Senior Producer at Mail.Ru Group, spearheading the Operations team for Planet of Heroes. In 2015, they became the Head of Operations Team at Nival, leading all activities not directly related to development. In 2013, they became the Head of Customer Support & Product Management at Infernum Productions AG. In 2010, they became the Product Manager (Germany) at Gamania Digital Entertainment. In 2008, they became the Team Manager at Sitel, managing the day-to-day operations for the outsourced game masters of Eve Online. Finally, in 2005, they became the Customer Support Supervisor at NCsoft Europe, managing all support operations.

Manuel Prueter completed their Abitur at Ruhr-Kolleg in 2005, and their GCSE at Städt. Realschule Kappeln in 1997. Both degrees were in the field of General education.
