As the COO and Co-Founder of COLOURS Uniforms, Nathan is leading the charge to modernize the school uniform industry, with a launch planned for Fall 2025. At SHINES Venture Building Studio, Nathan collaborates with founders to transform innovative ideas into successful businesses. As the Founder and Creative Director of Roland Lifestyle, Nathan drives strategic brand partnerships with notable companies like PLEASURES and New Balance. Previous roles include Strategic Partnership Manager at BPM Music, Partnerships & Communications at Buttrfly, and Founder of RYSE UP Inc. Nathan's foundation in business is supported by an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Program Graduate degree from Alchemist Accelerator in Entrepreneurship & Product Management.
