Mahes Gomez

Mahes Gomez has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on management roles. Mahes started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Kvaerner Cleveland Bridge in 1998 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Human Resources Manager at VADS Berhad. In 2005, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions as an RPO Manager until 2007. Mahes then worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Wolters Kluwer from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Columbia Asia Hospital as an HR Manager and held the position until 2018. Mahes then became the Regional Human Resources Manager at Columbia Asia Malaysia from 2018 to 2023, before being promoted to Vice President Human Resources, a position they currently hold.

Mahes Gomez completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Northern Territory from 2000 to 2003. In 2016, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wawasan Open University (WOU). They also obtained a Certificate & Diploma in Human Resources Development from MIHRM. Currently, Mahes Gomez is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Territory.
