Chau Brodnan, MS, CD, RDN, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in clinical nutrition and patient counseling. Currently serving at Columbia Asthma & Allergy Clinic since September 2017, Chau provides nutrition counseling through both in-person and telemedicine strategies, focusing on allergen avoidance and dietary transitions for clients undergoing immunotherapy. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Nutrition Specialist at Swedish Medical Center, where Chau worked in various capacities, including in the Neuro ICU and as Co-Lead for the ALS Clinic. As the owner of Eat Well 2 Be Well, LLC, Chau offered whole-foods-based nutrition coaching and cooking instruction. Additional clinical experience was gained at Miami Valley Hospital and Bastyr Center for Natural Health, and Chau holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
