Alesia Sheffield

Alesia Sheffield RN, MSN, CPHQ currently serves as the Care Coordination Manager at Columbia Basin Health Association since October 2021. Previously, Alesia worked as an RN Quality Improvement Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from May 2013 to March 2020, where Alesia played a key role in driving positive outcomes for two facilities, focusing on growth and efficiency amidst evolving healthcare challenges. Alesia is recognized for being organized, fair, approachable, and observant, dedicated to identifying and eliminating barriers to achieve quality care. Alesia holds a Master’s degree in Nursing with an emphasis in Clinical Informatics from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Union Adventist University.
