Ron Hake has a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Ron is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at Columbia Body Mfg, where they lead the production of mobile equipment products for various industries. Prior to this role, Ron worked as the Plant Manager at The Hawthorne Gardening Company, overseeing the distribution of hydroponic products. Ron also held roles at Leatherman Tool Group, where they served as the Director of Product Manufacturing and Maintenance, and Haldex Brake Systems, where they worked as the Plant Manager. Ron started their career at Blount, where they gained experience in production, maintenance, and supervision.
Ron Hake obtained an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Clackamas Community College in 2000. Later, from 2000 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Manufacturing Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. In addition, Ron also received a certification as a Journeyman Maintenance Machinist from the Labor and Industries, Oregon Bureau of, in the year 2000.
