Raquel Williams

Raquel Williams has a comprehensive work experience in finance and budget management. Raquel is currently the Director of Finance and Business Affairs at Columbia College Chicago since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cook County Government where they held multiple roles, including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Budget Director. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing departments, managing budgets, and delegating project responsibilities. Before their time at Cook County Government, Raquel worked at the Chicago Park District in various budget-related roles, starting from a Budget Assistant and progressing to Assistant Budget Director, Senior Budget & Policy Analyst, and finally Deputy Budget Director. Throughout their career, they demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, policy implementation, and database management.

Raquel Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Northern Illinois University between 1999 and 2004. It is unclear if any further education was pursued after this time.
