Cindy Pafford

Cindy Pafford has extensive experience in education, serving as the Assistant Principal at Columbia County Board of Education since August 2004, where responsibilities include coordinating standardized testing and overseeing school safety. Previously, Cindy held the role of Special Education Facilitator at the district level, supervising special education across 13 schools. Earlier career roles include Adjunct Professor at Augusta University, where instruction focused on special education courses, and Special Education Teacher in both Columbia and Richmond Counties, working with students of varying disabilities. Cindy holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education.
