Bernise Belcer

Bernise Belcer is an accomplished licensed and certified optician currently employed at Columbia Eye Clinic since December 2020, with additional experience at the same clinic since November 2016 as an apprentice and intern as part of the Penn Foster Optician Career Program. Prior to their career in optometry, Bernise Belcer served in various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Command Chief for the 19th Air Force and Wing Commander advisor at Charleston AFB. Bernise Belcer holds a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, a Master's degree in Management from Webster University, and an Associate degree in Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force, along with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education - Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
