Glenn Foster

Glenn Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the wood products industry, serving as the Manager of Safety, Compliance, and Engineering for the Veneer Division at Columbia Forest Products since August 1995. Responsibilities encompass oversight of veneer plants in Vermont, Maine, Ontario, and Wisconsin. Previously, Glenn held the position of Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of hardwood veneer production, and was a Plant Engineer responsible for equipment maintenance and facilities management. Prior to this, Glenn served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Trained Submarine Officer, gaining valuable skills from 1988 to 1995. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, obtained in 1988.
