Delacorte Fellow at Columbia Journalism Review

Shinhee Kang is currently serving as a Delacorte Fellow at Columbia Journalism Review since September 2020. Prior to this role, Shinhee was a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Columbia University in the City of New York, assisting a professor of American politics with research for a forthcoming book. Experience includes positions as a Copy Editor at The Bowdoin Orient and a Senior Interviewer at Bowdoin College Admissions Office. Shinhee also served as a Tutor and College Prep Coordinator for Let's Get Ready and Upward Bound, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from law school, a Master’s degree from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in History (Europe) & Asian Studies (China) and English from Bowdoin College. Shinhee completed a high school diploma at Shanghai American School in 2014.
