Jennifer Owens

As Vice President of Resident Services for Columbia Residential, Jennifer Owens oversees all resident supportive services and service provider partnerships. Jennifer is responsible for developing efficient service coordination processes to increase resident and community engagement opportunities and to enhance residents’ overall quality of life. Jennifer has over ten years experience in community organizing including her service as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador. She earned her Master of Social Work at Georgia State University and consults for several non-profit organizations focused on civic engagement and leadership.
