Taylor Avritt

Taylor Avritt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, training, and development within prominent companies. At Columbia Sportswear Company, Taylor serves as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development and Quality since August 2022. Previously, Taylor held roles at REEF, managing Brand Success and Operations Training, and contributed to Amazon DSP as a Training Program Manager focused on last-mile logistics. Taylor's career also includes significant positions at Kcal World, Elevation Burger, and Dunkin' UAE, where responsibilities spanned franchise support, operational training, and development initiatives.
