Rafia Khursheed

Rafia Khursheed, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in research program management and patient care advocacy. Currently serving as Research Program Manager and previously as Senior Research Program Coordinator at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since August 2022, Rafia has effectively led program planning initiatives and conducted assessments to enhance patient experiences. Prior experience includes a role as Senior VOICES Program Associate at the Hospital for Special Surgery, where Rafia advanced the VOICES Medicaid Education Program and monitored patient outcomes.
