Ellen S.

Ellen S. currently serves as the Quality Assurance Director and Compliance Officer at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. since May 2021 and has held the position of Quality Assurance Assistant Director. Ellen is also the President and Founder of Haleema Group since July 2017. Previously, Ellen worked as the Program Director at Columbia River Mental Health Services from March 2020 to March 2021 and as the Behavioral Health Program Manager at Sea Mar Community Health Centers from September 2011 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 25 staff members. Additionally, Ellen managed the Early Head Start program at United Indians Early Head Start from September 2007 to October 2012, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards. Ellen holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from the University of Washington School of Social Work and attended Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI).
