Hollie Strauss

Hollie Strauss possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as House Manager and Usher at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts since February 2011. In this position, Hollie oversees volunteer ushers, provides guidance on show details and seating, addresses patron issues, and serves as a tour guide for the Ohio Theatre. Additionally, Hollie has been employed by Grote Company since February 1999, where responsibilities include customer order entry, parts identification, export documentation, and database management. Hollie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from West Liberty University.
