Alan S. Korman

Alan S. Korman joined the Company in January 2011 as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. In July 2011, he was elected V.P., General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In 2015, he assumed the role of Corporate Development, and in November 2017, the role of CHRO. From 1994 until January 2011, he served in various senior executive positions of responsibility at Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc., including Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and President of Pentron Ceramics, Inc.
