Connor Fanks

Connor Fanks is a Sustainability Product Engineer at Columbus McKinnon since August 2022, bringing prior experience as Manufacturing and Controls Engineer and Controls Engineer at BorgWarner Inc. from June 2018 to June 2022. Additionally, Connor held the position of Reliability Engineer Intern at United States Steel Corporation in the summer of 2017, where responsibilities included performing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) on a gas reversing system, leading a multidisciplinary team to resolve issues and enhance maintenance strategies. Connor holds a B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, with a Minor in Entrepreneurship, from Penn State Altoona, earned in May 2018, and completed secondary education at Riverside High School from 2009 to 2013.
