Khutso Mashile

Khutso Mashile is an accomplished financial leader with an MBA and currently pursuing CIMA studies. As the Group Financial Director at Columbus McKinnon since January 2019, Khutso Mashile oversees the organization's financial management with a strategic focus. Prior experience includes roles such as Sales and Marketing Manager at Scaw Metals Group, where Khutso developed marketing strategies and forge business partnerships, along with various managerial positions, including Africa Development Manager and Managing Director at Afrope Zambia Ltd. Khutso has also served as General Manager at both Flather Bright Steels and Afrope Zambia division, and possesses expertise in enterprise and supplier development, exemplified through the role as Scaw ED and SD Champion (BBBEE). Educational credentials include a CIMA in Management Accounting and an MBA focused on business leadership, strategic management, marketing, accounting, and supply chain management.
