Kathy Nolan has demonstrated extensive experience in proposal management and technical writing/editing. Kathy began their career at Engility Corporation (formerly L-3 Communications) in 1987, where they worked as a Proposal Manager/Technical Writer. In this role, they led proposal preparation, revision, and submission, collaborating with various teams and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. Kathy also managed the final production of proposals and conducted post-submission meetings. Nolan then moved on to SoluStaff in 2012, where they worked as a Proposal Manager/Technical Editor Consultant. Their responsibilities included managing the entire proposal process, coordinating with different stakeholders, and developing winning proposals. Kathy also oversaw the work of proposal staff, conducted technical writing, editing, and proofreading, and managed the production and delivery of final submissions. Nolan's most recent position is as the VP of Operations at The Columbus Organization, starting in 2015. Their role includes building relationships with customers and staff, planning and deploying resources to optimize customer satisfaction and financial results, and mitigating issues to achieve organizational goals.
Kathy Nolan has a strong background in computer forensics and electronic discovery. Kathy obtained a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Computer Forensics Examiner (CFE) degree from the SANS Institute in 2013. Kathy also completed a SANS FOR408: Computer Forensics Investigations - Windows In-Depth course from the same institute in 2012. In addition to their computer forensics expertise, Kathy holds a Leadership and Management Certification from Temple University in 2011 and an AccessData Computer Examiner (ACE) Certification from Chestnut Hill College in 2010. Kathy started their education journey by earning an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bucks County Community College in 2003. Kathy also has additional certifications, including a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) and a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Computer Forensics Examiner (CFE).
