Steve Baker has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in information technology roles. Steve started their career in 1998 as the Director of Information Services at Columbus Regional Hospital, where they worked for over a decade. Steve then moved on to become the Executive Director of Information Technology at University of Kentucky HealthCare from 2010 to 2012. After that, they served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at East Jefferson General Hospital from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they joined Indiana University Health as the Executive Director of Information Systems Infrastructure from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Steve Baker holds the role of Vice President and Chief Technology & Information Officer at Columbus Regional Health.
Steve Baker earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University between the years 2006 and 2008.
