Grishma has over ten years of experience as a Human Resources professional. She is a strategic and innovative HR leader with a proven track record of translating business vision into pragmatic HR initiatives that improve performance and drive growth. In her role at MajorKey, she supports the leadership team in employee engagement, and believes passionately that the company’s people are its greatest asset. Throughout her career, Grishma has played a key role in the HR aspects of M&A, and is experienced in the integration of acquired companies. She joined MajorKey in 2020 from accountancy firm Mueller & Co.
