Tammy Harris

Tammy Harris has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Colusa Casino Resort since January 2011. In this role, Tammy Harris focuses on maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR team through hands-on leadership while developing and administering HR policies aligned with casino objectives. Previously, Tammy Harris held the position of Interim Co-General Manager for the Colusa Indian Community Council and Colusa Casino Resort from June 2018 to June 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist for Weld County School District 6 from January 2008 to November 2010, where responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, and managing over 500 substitute teachers and overseeing state certifications and orientation events.
