Mark Mealy

Mark Mealy is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Motion and Flow Control Products and Stored Energy Holdings, Inc., as well as a Board Member at Kurz Industrial Solutions and ARC Document Solutions, Mark Mealy also holds the position of Managing Partner at Colville Capital LLC, focusing on acquiring controlling interests in smaller U.S. companies. Previously, Mark Mealy held significant roles, including Managing Director and Head of the M&A Group at Wachovia Securities and a Partner at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a leading middle market investment banking firm. Mark Mealy earned an AB degree from Princeton University, specializing in Public and International Affairs.
